Returns & Exchanges

At Indigo Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If a full-sized bottle does not meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on unopened, original-packaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and in its original cellophane wrapping, as we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances or sample vials for hygiene reasons.

  Contact Support

  Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged returns cannot be processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our specialists inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 5-7 business days.
