Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we are authorized retailers for every brand we carry. All perfumes are sourced directly from the original designers or their official distributors to ensure 100% authenticity.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full bottle?
Absolutely. We offer a comprehensive sampling program where you can purchase individual 1ml or 2ml vials of almost any scent in our collection to test on your skin.
What is your return policy on perfumes?
Due to the personal nature of fragrance and hygiene safety, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed bottles in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Please note that because perfume contains alcohol, it must be shipped via ground transport per FAA regulations.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select territories due to international shipping restrictions regarding flammable liquids and alcohol-based products.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the notes, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom closet rather than a bathroom.
